CHATSWORTH, Calif., June 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Sattel Communications, a subsidiary of The Diana Corporation (NYSE: DNA), today announced that Anthony D. Squeglia has joined the company as Director Corporate Communications, reporting directly to Dan Latham, president and chief operating officer.

Prior to joining Sattel, Squeglia was Director Corporate Communications and Investor Relations at Summa Four. Previously, Squeglia was Assistant Vice President Corporate Communications at Ascom Timeplex, Vice President Marketing Communications at Unisys, and Manager Media Relations at AT&T.
Squeglia holds a BBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania; is an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America, and a member of the National Investor Relations Institute. He and his family reside in Bedford, New Hampshire.
