QLD: No trace of missing swimmer
A day-long search has found no trace of a 20-year-old Brisbane university student who went
missing yesterday at Cedar Creek Falls, near Proserpine in north Queensland.
Police say the man was last seen jumping from the top of the falls at the popular swimming
spot.
He apparently failed to resurface.
Police say rain has increased the water flow at the falls.
Police divers from Brisbane are expected to join the search tomorrow.
